The West Kingston Commission of Enquiry has taken another break.

Proceedings are set to resume on September 7.

Commission Chairman, Sir David Simmons, told the enquiry today that the International Seabed Authority needs the facilities at the Jamaica Conference Centre in downtown Kingston to host its annual conference.

He says the days lost this week will be made up in December.

The Enquiry was scheduled to resume today with further evidence from residents of Tivoli Gardens.

The Enquiry was originally set to end on December 4.

But in order to make up for the days lost this week, proceedings are now scheduled to end on December 11.
