The Police, in tandem with personnel from the Customs Agency, yesterday made a cocaine bust at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.
They seized approximately 22 pounds of the drug, worth $12.5-million.
Reports are that about 3:15 yesterday afternoon, five Jamaican men arrived at the airport on a flight from Curacao.
The police say during security screening, their belongings were searched.
The cocaine was found hidden inside false compartments in their backpacks.
All five were arrested.
