138 Student Living has announced an Additional Public Offering.
The company says it’s offering 513,972,784 New Ordinary Shares.
138 Student Living says it’s offering that amount with the option to upsize by inviting offers for an additional 256,986,392 New Ordinary Shares.
The company says 195,457,784 New Ordinary Shares are for the general public.
Meanwhile, 318, 515 New Ordinary Shares are for Reserved Share Applicants.
These include existing Shareholders; 138 Student Living Team Members and Strategic Partners.
The subscription price for Existing Shareholders, Team Members or Strategic Partners has been priced at $4.5 each.
The subscription price for the general public is $4.40 per share.
138 Student Living says the Subscription List for the New Ordinary Shares will open at 9:00 a.m. on September 8, 2023, and will close at 4:30 p.m. on October 6, 2023.
