A Mexican military aircraft carrying 65,000 doses of Oxford AstraZeneca vaccines arrived moments ago at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.
The vaccines are expected to assist in inoculating thousands of Jamaicans who are due their second dose of the jab.
A delegation from Mexico which accompanied the vaccines were met at the airport by Foreign Affairs Minister, Kamina Johnson Smith and Health Minister, Dr. Christopher Tufton.
