Accused fraudster and Cash Plus boss, Carlos Hill, was this morning ordered to return to Court on May 22 next year for the start of his trial.

Hill’s trial was scheduled to begin today.

However, it was postponed in the Home Circuit Court in Downtown Kingston this morning.

The prosecution told the court that some of the witnesses were not available and hence the need to postpone the trial.

The Court was also told today that the senior prosecutor who’s assigned to the Hill case was occupied with another trial.

Presiding Judge, Sarah Thompson James, also granted a request by the Prosecution for several witnesses to be subpoenaed.

Hill is being represented by Valerie Neita Robertson and Deborah Martin.

He’s accused of conspiring to inducing persons to invest into his Cash Plus scheme.
