West Indies captain Haley Matthews is the number one ranked women’s allrounder on the ICC women’s One Day International rankings issued Wednesday.
Matthews is ahead of Natalie Sciver of England and Ellise Perry of Australia. Matthews is also ranked number two in the T20 allrounders list behind Ashleigh Gardner of Australia.
Matthews is also ranked number 6 in the ODI bowling ranking. She’s the only West Indian appearing in the top ten in any of the women’s category.
On the men’s side her Barbadian counterpart Jason Holder is the number six ranked Test allrounder in the world while another Baja, Kyle Mayers is ranked number seven.
In the team ranking the West Indies is number seven in the world in T20’s, eighth in Tests and ninth in ODI’s.
