The Guyana Amazon Warriors will face the Trinbago Knight Riders in the final of the Caribbean Premier League at the Providence stadium in Guyana, tomorrow.

The Warriors booked their place in the final following am 81-runs win against last year’s winners the Jamaica Tallawahs in the second qualifier, last night.

Batting first, Azam Khan scored a half century to guide Guyana Amazon Warriors to 182 for 6 off their 20 overs.

Khan’s 54 came off 27 balls which included five 4s and four 6s, while Shai Hope contributed 40, Shimron Hetmyer, 31, and Saim Ayub, 20.

Shemar Springer and Nicholson Gordon bagged two wickets each for the Tallawahs.

Chasing 183 to win, the Jamaica Tallawahs were bowled out for 101 inside 16 overs.

Imad Wasim led the batting with 43 not out, with Alex Hales making 15 and Fabian Allen 11.
