The St Andrew North Police is probing the execution-style killing of a man while he was streaming live on social media Monday evening.
Dead is Jabari Johnson.
A video circulating on social media shows Johnson doing a live chat with a fellow Tik Toker on the social media platform.
Johnson is then seen being approached from behind by a hooded figure. The attacker, decked in black and wearing a mask, opened fire at close range, hitting Johnson several times in the head and upper body.
The video shows Johnson collapsing to the ground, while his attacker continues to shoot.
The incident happened in the vicinity of Queenie’s Snack Shop on Red Hills Road in St Andrew around 8:30pm.

Johnson’s social media handle is ‘1babaskenng’. It’s understood he is the son of reggae artiste, ‘Jah Mason’, known for his hit ‘My Princess Gone’.
This is the fourth high profile murder of a popular TikTok figure in recent months.
In December, 23-year-old Marlon Samuels, also known as ’41 Buss Head’ was shot and killed in St James during a TikTok live.
Also in December, Xavier Fogah, more popularly known as Niah Gang, was killed in Old Harbour, St Catherine while streaming live on the platform.
Meanwhile, Keauno ‘Popsy’ Watson, was shot and killed in September 2024 in Allman Town, Kingston.
He was also streaming on TikTok at the time of his demise.
