Omar McLeod, says current athletes are working hard to fill the void left by Usain Bolt.

Bolt retired from the sport last year following the World Championships in London. McLeod says, as a Jamaican, he expects to continually live in the shadow of the legend.

McLeod is among 11-Jamaicans down to compete at the IAAF’s Diamond League in Shanghai, tomorrow. He’ll run in the 110-metres hurdles.

Other Jamaicans down to compete are, Hansle Parchment, Ronald Levy, Javon Francis, Demar Forbes, Kimberly Williams, Shanieka Ricketts, Danniel Thomas-Dodd, Leah Nugent, Janieve Russell and Shericka Jackson.
