American pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden, has denounced the overcrowding in the cell where Mr. Deane was beaten.
He says the cell, which housed four persons at the time, was ‘tiny’ and ‘uncomfortable’.

AND, the lawyer representing, Mr. Deane’s family, Miguel Lorne, is dismissing suggestions that the police would have had difficulty properly identifying the 31-year-old construction worker.
This morning he presented a bag Mr. Deane reportedly had at the time he was detained, which had different forms of identification.
He says there’ll be more protests overseas against Mr. Deane’s death.
