Vice President of the Jamaica Anti-Doping Panel, Lennox Gayle, had his bail extended when he appeared in the Montego Bay criminal court today.
Gayle, was arrested on April 16.
He’s accused of benefiting from the earnings of prostitution and of false and misleading conduct.
He’s to return to court on September 26.
The court was told that a number of statements from the police, were outstanding.
Gayle, an attorney, is being represented by Queens Counsel, Churchill Neita and Dwight Reece.
Prosecutors are alleging that Gayle was operating a massage parlour in Montego Bay, where prostitution was taking place.
He’s since taken leave of absence from the Anti-Doping Panel.
