The decomposing body of a man found yesterday morning in Brazil Village in Trinidad and Tobago, is believed to be that of missing Caribbean Airlines Director, Azad Niamat.

Police sources told the Trinidad Express Newspaper that the body was clad in clothing and jewelry, similar to that known to have belonged to Mr. Niamat.

The Police say the body was found with the hands bound behind the back and duct tape over the mouth.

The body was found less than three kilometres from where Mr. Niamat’s Toyota Prado motor vehicle had been discovered after he was reported missing.

Mr. Niamat, who was 69-years-old, left home shortly before midday on January 29 and has not been seen or heard from since.

Last week, his family offered a reward to anyone with information on his whereabouts.
