The Bank of Jamaica remains confident in Jamaica’s growth projections with an expected outturn of two to four per cent for the fiscal year.

That’s according to, BOJ Governor Richard Byles.

Mr. Byles was speaking yesterday, during the central bank’s quarterly media briefing.

The BOJ governor believes tourism alongside agriculture will be key drivers for the economy.

However, Governor Byles warns that projections could be skewed to the downside due to continued concerns on the international stage along with inflation still being well above the target range of four to six per cent.
