Finance Minister, Dr. Peter Phillips says the Bank of Jamaica, BOJ will be carefully managing the $60-billion payout scheduled for next month to bond holders who participated in the National Debt Exchange, NDX.

He was reacting to concerns from his Opposition counterpart, Audley Shaw, that the payout could cause market jitters.
