Five time world champions Brazil maintain their perfect record in the South American World Cup Qualifiers with a comfortable 2-0 win over two time winners Uruguay, in Montevideo, last night.

Arthur and Richarlison were on target for the Brazilians, who have now won all four qualifying games, so far.

Two-time champions, Argentina, returned to winnings ways after easing past Peru 2-0 in Lima, on the back of goals from Nicolas Gonzalez and Laturo Martinez.

In other qualifiers, Ecuador slammed Colombia 6-1, Venezuela tagged Chile 2-1, while Bolivia and Paraguay drew 2-2.

Meanwhile, the Nations League Qualifiers in Europe will continue this afternoon.

Among the key games are Belgium against Denmark in Brussells, Italy away to Bosnia Herzygovina, Poland versus the Netherlands, and England hosting Iceland.
