Come October, CEO of National Baking Company, Gary ‘Butch’ Hendrickson, will become the 24th inductee into the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ) Private Sector Hall of Fame.

The honor is awarded each year to a private sector leader who has made innovative and sustained contributions to the development of the private sector over a minimum of 25 years.

The inductee is also required to have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the industry in which his company operates and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the advancement of his industry and to national development.

Commenting on the announcement, outgoing PSOJ President William Mahfood said Hendrickson’s achievements and investments have proved that he is more than just a business leader.

The outgoing PSOJ head says he remains impressed at how Hendrickson consistently makes an effort to give back to the country and is always willing to help through initiatives such as The Bold Ones of Manufacturing, where up-and-coming Jamaican small business owners are identified and supported in their marketing efforts.
