Minister of Tourism, Edmund Bartlett, says Canada’s new polymerase chain reaction, PCR, test requirements will reduce the number of visitors to the island.

Speaking on Nationwide this morning, Minster Bartlett said the country lacks the capacity to facilitate large numbers of PCR tests.
