Opposition Spokesperson on Education, Kamina Johnson-Smith, is alleging that aspects of a confidential report from the Child Development Agency into the death of an 11 year old student at the Prickly Pole Primary and Junior High School, were tweeted by an employee of the Youth and Culture Minister, Lisa Hanna.

The CDA was instructed by Minister Hanna to probe the circumstances surrounding the death of Akellah Lewis last Friday.

The findings of the probe were submitted to Minister Hanna.

But according to Senator Johnson Smith, someone from the Minister’s office breached the cloak of confidentiality around such reports.

The Opposition Senator says the Youth Ministry cannot allow such carelessness to continue.
