National Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang says he’s concerned about the increasing number of students at the tertiary level who are now involved in scamming.

Dr. Chang identified the University of Technology, Jamaica, UTech as a source of the so-called ‘university scammers’.

Dr. Chang says some scammers have spawned legitimate businesses out of their illegal activities.
