Chartered Accountant and Financial Analyst, Dennis Chung, says the HEART-NSTA is critical to improving productivity and economic growth in Jamaica.
He says it’s important that the skills training agency is factored into the annual economic plans for the country.
Mr. Chung says without improving productivity, the economy will lag.
And he says a significant way to improve the economic prospects of the country is by establishing a reliable public transport sector.
