Police Constable Kirk Scott, attached to the Ministry of National Security, who is charged with armed robbery, returns to the Gun Court today.
Constable Scott is facing charges of illegal possession of firearm and robbery with
aggravation.
Allegations are that on September 26, 2016, Scott and another man held up and robbed a car and its passengers along Chisholm Avenue in Kingston.
One of the passengers recognized the policeman and contacted him later and demanded that the vehicle be returned.
The car was later found abandoned in the area.
A report was made to the police and following investigations Scott, was arrested and charged.
