President of the Micro, Small and Medium Sized Enterprise, MSME Alliance, Donovan Wignall, says he disagrees with suggestions to suspend Grand Market this Christmas holiday.
He was responding to comments made by President of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association, Richard Pandohie.
Mr. Wignall says many small and micro businesses are pursuing options due to the impact of COVID 19 pandemic.
He emphasized the downturn for the entertainment industry.
