Coach of the West Indies Women’s cricket team, Courtney Walsh, says he’ll be meeting with the CEO of Cricket West Indies, Johnny Grave and the director of cricket, Jimmy Adams today.
Walsh says he’ll be using the meeting to hear what’s CWI’s plans as it relates to the women’s program during this COVID-19 pandemic and to get the team ready for their next assignment.
Walsh says the absence of the regional women’s tournament has had a negative effect of the depth of the player pool and he’ll be seeking some clarification when he meets with Grave and Adams.
