A member of the Constitutional Reform Committee, King’s Counsel Hugh Small, is raising concern about the report of the committee that has been sent to Cabinet.

He says he missed two sittings of the committee prior to the May 4 meeting, when the final report of the group was presented to him to read.

Mr. Small says he was only able to read 22 of the 53-pages in the document, before he was asked to sign it.

Mr. Small says he was subsequently invited to the Ministry of Legal and Constitutional Affairs to read the document in full.

Mr. Small, who has not signed the report, told Cliff Hughes on Nationwide at Five Tuesday evening that the process by which the document was compiled is flawed.
