Director of Operations at Guardsman Group, Lieutenant Commander George Overton, says some of the country’s most crucial sectors need to be strengthened in order to tackle crime and violence.
He says for the last 50 years, Jamaica’s security system has endured neglect.
Commander Overton says the country’s education system also needs to be realigned.
