The St. James Police say they are investigating a brazen robbery attempt on the busy Barnett Street on Monday.
Reports are that sometime after midday, a businessman was leaving a bank when he was pounced upon by a robber.
The head of the St. James Police, Senior Superintendent Steve McGregor says no one was hurt.

SSP McGregor says the police were quick on the scene, but the would be robber managed to escape.
