Outstanding information in the Mario Dean trial has once again prevented the case against the two men accused from moving on in the St. James Resident Magistrate’s Court.
This, for the second time since the start of the year.
The two men charged by the police are 35-year-old Marvin Orr and 25-year-old Adrian Morgan.
Among the outstanding information are Orr’s forensic psychiatric report and an electronic copy of the crime scene footage.
Senior Resident Magistrate, Carolyn Tai has given a three week period for these items to be address.
The men are to return to court on March 13.
Concerns surrounding the men not receiving medication for their mental health conditions was also brought to the fore today by attorneys representing the men.
This caused RM Tai to issue a subpoena for the Sub-Officer Incharge at the Falmouth lockup to make an appearance concerning the medication that is to be administered to the men.
RM Tai also ordered to that one of the accused, Mr. Mr Orr who has a bad sore on his foot to be taken to a doctor for medical treatment.
