Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica Debates Commission, Brian Schmidt says the debates will be cancelled if the PNP decides not to participate.
The JLP has indicated that it would be willing to debate alone if the PNP decides to boycott the event.
But according to Mr. Schmidt, this would violate the Commission’s mandate.
