The National Works Agency, NWA, is advising the public that a section of Eastwood Park Road in St. Andrew will be closed this weekend.
In a statement the NWA says the closure of the heavily used thoroughfare will take place from midnight on Saturday September 16 between the intersections with North Odeon Avenue and Burlington Avenue.
The roadway is scheduled to be re-opened Sunday, September 17 at 5:00 pm.
Pavement repair works with the use of asphaltic concrete will be carried out during the closure.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes to access their destinations and obey the instructions of posted warning signs.
