Education Minister Fayval Williams, is calling for patience among students and parents as the government continues the distribution of digital devices across the country.
Minister Williams says while the distribution is not complete the government is working assiduously to complete the process.
She was speaking on This Morning with Tauna Thomas and Danielle Archer, as school officially reopened today across the island virtually while face to face lessons remain prohibited.
Minister Williams says several schools have already received their complement of devices destined for PATH students.
However, she reminds those students who remain without a digital device or Internet connectivity will have other modalities available to them.
RETURN TO FACE-TO-FACE NOT ON THE AGENDA
Meanwhile, Minister Williams says the resumption of face to face schooling isn’t being contemplated at this time.
The Minister is urging students who do not have access to the online platform for learning not to be left behind but to utilise other options that are available.
