A 63-year-old landlord who was attacked and stabbed by his 30-year old tenant in Manchester has died.
Dead is Gregory Andrade, a farmer of Chudleigh District in the parish.
Mr. Adrade was was in hospital being treated for stab wounds he sustained in a July 3 attack.
He was reportedly attacked during a dispute with his tenant, Toby Clarke.
Reports are at about 12:15 on the morning of July 3, Clarke reportedly used a knife to inflict wounds to Andrade’s head, right hand and right eye.
Mr. Andrade was admitted in an unconscious state. He died on Saturday, August 13.
Clarke was previously charged with attempted murder in relation to this incident.
The investigation is ongoing in preparation of the charges being upgraded to murder.
