Jamaica Olympic Association President, Mike Fennell, has declined to confirm or deny reports that a veteran Jamaican athlete is among 31 positive tests announced by the International Olympic Committee.

This after stored blood and urine samples from the 2008 Beijing Games were re-analyzed last month.

The athlete is understood to have been found with the stimulant DMAA, also known as Methyl-hexa-namine, in his system.

However, the IOC will not confirm the news until the results of the athlete’s B-sample, which was re-tested yesterday, are known/

Mike Fennell says he’s not willing to confirm or deny the report.
