Financial Analyst, Dennis Chung, is urging the Opposition to use its plans to improve the country, as part of its discourse.

He says voters don’t want to hear about what political parties did years ago.

During his contribution to the Budget Debate, Dr. Phillips had called for the establishment of a community trust to help rescue failing schools. That’s aimed at levelling the playing field in an education system where traditional high schools are heavily supported by their alumni associations.

Political Commentator, Kevin O’Brien Chang, welcomes the idea. But, Mr. Chung says it’s proper management that ensures schools perform well and not alumni associations.
