Two weeks after pulling his licensed firearm in a local bank sending customers and clients scampering, the permit holder hasn’t been charged.

The Constabulary’s Corporate Communications Unit, CCU, says no charge has been filed because the National Commercial Bank, NCB, didn’t make a formal complaint to the police.

On April 19, the licensed firearm holder pulled his weapon in NCB’s Half Way Tree branch

Meanwhile, the Firearm Licensing Authority, FLA, seized the man’s weapon.

It says their investigation is almost complete and will be brought before the board next week.
