Telecommunications company, Flow, is attempting to help small businesses join the digital economy with the launch of a suite of services.

Flow Business Jamaica launched yesterday.

It’s geared toward delivering customised, smart information and communications technology, ICT solutions to small businesses.

The products on offer would make Flow Business a one stop hub for small businesses seeking to enter the digital space.

In a statement the company says it’s offering improved broadband and mobile products, as well as free access to collaboration tools like professional emails, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

In addition, the email services will include up to 10 giga-bytes of cloud storage for each account and security features like advanced spam filters.

Flow says it’s also offering businesses their services in creating websites and technical support.

Flow says if websites provided by Flow Business are set up, then clients  can access personalised email campaigns and that can reach up to 10-thousand customers.

And clients will be able to access digital marketing support via Google Ads and search engine optimization.

Speaking at the launch, Country Manager of Flow Jamaica, Stephen Price said the company wants to allow small businesses like hairdressers, barbers and cafes to enjoy the same success as large enterprises.

He says Flow aims to help facilitate the growth of small businesses by enabling access to the digital space in a way that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic may have prevented.
