Police Commissioner-General Antony Anderson says four persons remain in custody in relation to the quadruple killing in Havanna Heights, Clarendon last weekend.
The four people killed include two sisters and two men.
He says the executions were the result of a previous murder.
The Police Commissioner says family members were resistant in assisting the Police with capturing the person involved.
General Anderson says the risk of harboring criminals has become more dangerous.
