Opposition Senator Gabriela Morris says she intends to contest the constituency of Central St James in the next General Elections.
The Jamaica Labour Party’s Heroy Clarke is the incumbent Member of Parliament for the constituency.
Ms. Morris, who is also President of the People’s National Party Youth Organization, PNPYO, is also taking a swipe at the governing party.
According to her, Jamaicans are frustrated with the representation being offered by the JLP.
She says the government is failing to address the serious issues with which Jamaicans are grappling, including crime.
