Opposition Leader, Mark Golding, says a future PNP-administration will invest in effective social investment for crime prevention to decrease the level of crime in the country.
Golding was making his contribution to the Budget debate in the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
The Opposition Leader says schools across the island will also be targeted for behavioural interventions.
Mr. Golding further asserted that effective rehabilitation programmes must be implemented in Jamaica’s prison system.
