Natoya Goule-Toppin ended her season with a national record and a third place finish in the women’s 800 metres at the Wanda Diamond League meet, Sunday.

Goule-Toppin posted 1:55.96 to erase her own mark of 1:56.15 set at the set at the Monaco Diamond League in 2018.

The 32-year-old says she knew she would run a fast time once she ran a technically solid race.
