A national spatial plan was launched yesterday at a symposium at the Spanish Court Hotel in St. Andrew.
Spatial planning is a more expansive version of what’s sometimes referred to as urban planning.
The concept is centered on making decisions related to the location and distribution of land.
Environment Minister, Daryl Vaz, gave the keynote address on Day 1of the two-day symposium.
