Justice Minister Delroy Chuck says his ministry, in collaboration with the Ministry of National Security, is set to issue electronic warrants for offenders who fail to pay fines for traffic tickets.
Minister Chuck says the move by the Holness administration is designed to enforce respect for law and order.

He was speaking at a JP commissioning ceremony in Portmore, St Catherine on Thursday.
