Hanover police have shot and killed a man they say was wanted for multiple murders, as well as other shootings.

Dead is 34-year-old Glenroy Roach also known as “Eye” of Elgin Town, Hanover.

Roach had been listed among Westmoreland’s top ten most wanted in July.

Police say he was wanted for a quadruple murder.

The JCF’s Corporate Communications Unit, CCU, has not provided any details about the circumstances of his killing.

They’ve only reported that he was killed by police in Hanover on Sunday.

They say a 9-millimeter pistol with three rounds of ammunition was seized.

The matter has been reported to the Inspectorate of Constabulary and the Independent Commission of Investigations, INDECOM.
