The Ministry of Health is reporting that all key Covid-19 indicators in the country are trending in the right direction.

This according to data shared by the country’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Jacqueline Bisasor-McKenzie.

But while the indicators are trending downwards, the CMO is warning Jamaicans not to lower their guard against the virus.

Dr. Bisasor McKenzie says the country is entering into what she describes as a danger zone.

The CMO says the Ministry is paying close attention to hospitalisations across the island.

She says the steady decrease which had been recorded prior appears to have slowed.
