President of the Jamaica Table Tennis Association, Andrew Lue, says the high cost of testing for Covid-19 has made it difficult for the association to host the number of matches they proposed during his leadership campaign.

Lue, who was elected to the top job in February, says they wanted to host a tournament every month.

He says they wouldn’t have been able to host the National Championships without the assistance of the Sports Development Foundation.

Lue says what they are doing now is focussing on development on a wide scale.
