Prime Minister Andrew Holness has cautioned his 17-Cabinet Ministers that they cannot afford to fall below the high expectations of Jamaicans.

Mr. Holness gave the charge today during the first meeting of the new Cabinet.

In an unusual move, the press was allowed access to the opening segment of the meeting.
