Holness Strengthening Relationship with World Bank

Jamaica is strengthening its relationship with the World Bank.

Prime Minister Andrew Holness and World Bank Country Director, Sophie Sirtaine, hosted a high-level brainstorming session on growth strategies and debt management this morning.

The session included members of Cabinet, senior officials, international experts and policymakers.

Prime Minister Holness says Jamaica will have to rely more on the World Bank.

Meanwhile, Ms. Sirtaine says Jamaica can rely on the World Bank to stick to its commitment in helping Jamaica to realize sustainable economic growth.
