Councillor for the Lluidas Vale Division in North West St Catherine, Hugh Graham, has been elected Chairman of the People’s National Party (PNP)’s constituency organization.

He’ll be replacing Robert Pickersgill, who resigned as constituency chairman earlier this year. Graham was elected on a yes or no ballot after remaining the only contestant for the position. At the end of the count, he received 380 yes votes and four no votes.

In announcing the results over the weekend, PNP General Secretary Julian Robinson, told party supporters, that former PNP Deputy General Secretary, Raymond Pryce, had pulled out of the race.
