Argentine World Cup winner Lautaro Martinez scored the winner to send the Nerazurries through 3-0 on aggregate.
The 2010 champions will now await the winner of the other semi-final tie to know their opponents in the June 10 final in Istanbul, Turkey.
English champions Manchester City and reigning Champions League title holders Real Madrid are 1-1 entering the second leg at the Etihad Wednesday.
