A prominent criminologist in Trinidad and Tobago, Daurius Figueira, says the radical Muslim group, ISIS, has already established a presence on the ground in the twin island republic.

Figueira’s comments come in the wake of a recent video posted on Facebook which has gone viral showing children learning to shoot assault rifles at a training camp.

A man with a distinct Trinidadian accent can be heard instructing the children in firearms tactics.

At a Pentagon briefing in March, a US General, John Kelly said Caribbean countries such as Jamaica, T-and-T, Suriname and Venezuela were concerned about ISIS trained militants returning home to conduct terror operations because they could not be monitored or tracked.
