ISSA Limits the Number of Foreign Students Who Can Participate in its Competitions

President of Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association, ISSA, Keith Wellington, has confirmed with Nationwide Sports that they have put a limit on the number of overseas athletes that can participate in all ISSA run competitions.

More than 100 overseas students from 20 countries participated at the 2023 ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys’ and Girls’ Athletics Championships with more seven winning individual gold.

Wellington says the decision was made after an evaluation of the situation.

He explains how many overseas players will be allowed on a team.
